You do NOT install this to... Photoshop`s Plugins Folder. You install it to, Photoshop`s main directory:

C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CS#


Then doubleclick the NeViens.reg and it automatically enters the serial in registry. (NO SERIAL NUMBER REQUIRED TO INPUT)
