1. Make a backup of your FalloutLauncher.exe (e.g. rename it to FalloutLauncher.bak)
2. Extract the original launcher from FalloutLauncher.7z
3. Extract the patch from Fallout.3.patch.US.English.7z and apply it (the game is going to launch after you do that - quit it after the launch is complete - it might hang during the launch; if it does, kill the process in task manager)
4. Make a backup of the new FalloutLauncher.exe (e.g. rename it to FalloutLauncher.old)
5. Rename the FalloutLauncher.bak to FalloutLauncher.exe or extract the cracked launcher from rld-fou3.7z (both from RELOADED and for Fallout v1.0 but work flawlessly after patching)
6. Enjoy

works with all version of fallout including Skullptura rip.
