* Respect decisions of the staff, as they are usually final
* If you have a problem with another member of this community, use the Personal Message ( PM ) button to tell a staff member
( Moderators or Administrators ) about the situation and we will try to solve it
* No advertising allowed unless with staff permission, this also includes hosting and other product offers and this also applies to the VIP section.


Avatar and Signature:

* Avatar size cannot be greater than 125x125 pixels
* It shouldn't be offensive in any way
* Advertising warez-related forums in the signature is strongly prohibited ( will resolve in the signature deletion and a warning! )
* Danasoft signatures are not allowed!
* ipbrowser.net sigs (almost same as danasoft) not allowed
* Sig or avatar links to govinda.us or everythingcelica.com !! are not allowed
* A sig cannot contain any links to a blog or forum
* political or a religion signature are not allowed

Posting:

* Before making a post use the SEARCH function
* Add Your links to existing topics ( if there are any )
* Information is cruicial so always add it to Your post ( screenshots, if available, as well )
* Always add a VALID link and a fix ( if one exists )
* Check fix-links ( viruses, worms, Trojans and browser hijackers ) before posting
* Do not post TRIAL versions as they are easy to find
* Freeware versions are welcomed in the Freeware section
* If You want to add a reply to Your topic, please use the EDIT button instead of making double-posts
* No trading! This is not a trade warez site. Warez is free and will remain free
* Test the link before u post it !
* The hide hack is no longer required from now and on. Its upto you know on whether you want to use it or not.
* Do not bump old threads just to say the links are dead or to ask for a reupload. Use the appropiate request section instead
* Post direct links only!!
* Do not post links to any blogs or forums
* keep torrents files on a low
* Dont post Passworded files unless you have the pass for it!
* Dont bypass our Word Censors!

Requests:

* Take Your time to and use the SEARCH function to see whether a similar request has already been made
* Request should be made in the apropriate section
* Do not request stuff that is out of this planet ( Quake 6, UT 2010 etc. )
* Do not bump a request if nobody replied to your question. You have to wait at least 3 days until you bump your request
* When a request is fullfilled please take Your time to PM a moderator to close the topic
* Do say "Thank You" to those, who helped You
* ALL requests are deleted after 30 days fullfilled or not
* As requests are now made in 1 forum, it'll be easier for members to help you with your request if you follow the simple template when requesting as stated here:


Warning System:

A maximum of 3 warnings can be given to a member of this forum.
These can be earned by breaking any of the above rules.

After the 3rd warning given, Your account will be banned automatically

If u Get Banned, It depends on the reason, we let u back after some time! so in other words we decide if you can come back

If You redeem yourself, You will lose the warnings through time.

Ways to get a WARNING or a BAN:
* Arguing with a MOD/ADMIN. They have the warning and ban buttons, you don't.
* Reposts ( one mistake can hapen, if it happens often you will receive an official warning )
* Double-posts ( for not using the EDIT button a warning will be given )
* Excessive swearing (if You get caught, a warning will be given)
* Advertising other forums (if advertised a warning or ban will be given)
* Advertising warez-related forums (automatic ban!)
* PM-Spam ( automatic ban )
* Flame wars ( both people involved will recieve a warning )
* Racist Talk or Ideas (automatic ban)

Shoutbox:

Do not post links to requests threads
Do not make Requests, theres a section for that
No flaming, Spamming or Advertising!

How To Become A Staff Member:

Do not ask anyone of the staff if you can become VIP/Moderator/Admin.
If we think you are doing great and will need more staff we will contact You

Respect each other! While debating and discussion is fine, we will not tolerate rudeness, insulting posts, personal attacks or purposeless inflammatory posts. Our decision is final in these matters! Please refrain from posting meaningless threads, one word (or short) non-sense posts, or the such...! Multiple or repeated posting in order to increase your post count is not allowed. Spamming and trolling is not allowed. This includes using the forum Email and Private message system to spam other members. Each member is allowed one login account. Registering with multiple accounts is not allowed. We reserve the right to remove offensive posts without notice. We also reserve the right to ban anyone who willfully violates the forum rules. Also while these rules cover most common situations, they cannot anticipate everything.
