Spy Emergency 2008 says the patch has Trojan.Gen.A
Hopefully Slacker will come on and notice this post and let us know for sure if there is any danger....It's probably harmless but I don't know....
We really abuse Slacker don't we....LOL I just trust him more than I do the softwares....

It could be a false positive perhaps. here's what i did at my end
I checked the unreal patch the file with kaspersky 2009, and Nod32 AV.
both DID NOT detect any Malware/ adware/virus. hence was assured.
